The earthy, nutty, woody, lightly molasses sweet burleys are the lead components. The musty sweet Cyprian Latakia provide some sweet and sourness, earth, wood, smoke, mild floralness, mustiness, and a small spice note. It is a supporting player. The Virginias offer some tart and tangy citrus, grass, honey, light earth, tangy dark fruit and wood, and a slight floral note in the background. Has a very mild cognac, chocolate, and vanilla dressing. The strength and nic-hit are a couple of steps short of the medium mark. The taste barely reaches the medium threshold. There’s no chance of bite or harshness. Buns cool and clean at a moderate pace with a mostly consistent, rather smooth, sweet, nutty, mildly smoky, floral flavor that extends to the short lived, pleasant after taste. The room note is more potent due to the Latakia. Leaves little dampness in the bowl, and requires an average number of relights. An all-day smoke.
