WILKE No. 191

A tobacco for all seasons, the right aroma and the right taste make this my number one selling tobacco! The natural flavors of vanilla beans and Vermont honey are combined with Virginias, matured Kentucky Burley and a combination of 3 toasted Black Cavendishes to create this most popular mild slow burning blend.

WILKE No. 191

  • The Virginia is a minor component, and save for a light grassiness, is easy to miss. The same can be almost be said for one of the black cavendish, which mostly seems to acts to offer a little sugary smoothness. The other black cavendish seems to have been topped with some honey and vanilla bean. The Kentucky burley is slightly woody, lightly nutty and floral. Has a low nicotine level. May need some dry time, and will require a few relights. Burns fairly cool, but should be sipped and not puffed fast. The flavors meld well together in the proportions they were designed, and never weaken. Burns to ash and has a very pleasant after taste and room note. An all day smoke if you wish it to be.
